How can I send an image at automation mail?

Hello, I'm trying to create a signature for the automation mail, like:

Regards,

IT Management Services

;image;

Is that possible? I was trying using a simple HTML script:

Regards,

IT Management Services

<img src="https://image" alt="" width=60 height=40>

But in the mail, it comes with error.

Hi, @Guilherme Dallagnol - do you mean you receive an error when you try to save the automation rule, or the email you receive has an error in it? I just tested this with a publicly available image, and it worked correctly.

Is the image you're trying to use accessible (i.e. online somewhere that you can access via a public URL), or is it on an internal server? If it's internal, it may not be possible.

Another alternative is that your email client is blocking the image source.

This worked for me

Doesn't work for me, but guessing this is Atlassian preferring their cloud version to companies who put their own Jira Servers in their own cloud environment.

Very short-term thinking for Atlassian; why would any large company with a push to the cloud splinter out Jira to a vendor's cloud when all apps are being moved to the company's cloud of choice?
