I am trying to set up a permission scheme for my external user who is not authorized to see my company's internal projects.
Also, I want all my logged-in users should only access their invited project, but not others.
Please help with this.
Welcome to the community. Supplementing on what @Mikael Sandberg suggested, you can also control the visibility of user to your projects (Portal UI focus) by changing the Customer permissions via each project's Project settings
Hope this also helps.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You can do this by changing the permission schemes that your projects are using to not allow any logged in user to browse projects. You should instead use a project role for it, that way you can manage access to projects by adding the users to the role within each project. Have a look at this KB for more information.
