Hello everyone,
I created some filters in Jira, and I wanted to update the search criteria. I managed to do this before, but now I can not find the save button to overwrite the search of a current filter.
The only option available is 'Copy filter'. I tried to copy it, give it a new name, update the search criteria, go to filter details, edit the name and description, and save it again, and it also didn't work (I still got the same filter).
I've gone through your support documentation, which mentions the save button, but it looks like it doesn't exist anymore.

How can I update a filter?
Thank you for your attention.
You need to update the filter to your desire and hit search first to have the new options find the information based on the criteria.
Then you should be able to save the filter.

Hi @Sandra Antunes ,
Can you make a screenshot of the filter what you are trying and let me explain the scenario of the filter.

Hi @Sandra Antunes,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
If you do not see the Save button and only the Copy filter option, that would mean that you are not the owner anymore of the filter and you do not have edit permissions on that filter.

Thank you for your reply, and nice to meet you!
I've checked the filters' list and, according to it, I'm the owner of the filter, and it's private (only I can view and edit it). This is happening to all the filters.
Is there another place where I can check for information?
Thanks!
