How can I notify both the approved employees and those waiting for approval in a single approval

Hi @Ashok Shembde , to be clear, are you wanting to notify the approver group on some sort of schedule if the issue is still waiting for approvals? Another question, why do you want to notify those that have already approved the issue? A bit more information on your used case will be helpful and providing the best assistance.

Hi Ashok,

When the ticket has enter a status that have and approval step and some people are set as Approvers, all of them will receive an email notification that a ticket needs their approval.

If you need to send an Approval notification only to those who did not approved:

You can replace status: To Do with your Approval status.
