I just finished setting up Jira for Teams and I'm having too many issues.
First when I got to Channel, the Chat is "Inactive":
But if you click on the chat or go inside, you will see that everything is set.
Secondly, I cannot see the menu where I can choose "Request type" and select how they appear inside Microsoft Teams Assist app.
Thirdly, when a staff want to raise a ticket using Assist in Microsoft Teams, the App is unable to show all the "Request Type" on smaller screen. It's literally impossible to see the last one. We can't scroll or do anything. You have to get a bigger monitor to see it.
Lastly, even after someone select an issue, the form doesn't appear at all, only the "Summary"
Can you please help me ?
