How can I get my clients to attach documents?

Hi

I have a server license from the Jira Service Desk and I am having trouble editing the fields in the Portal Customer.

I need clients can attach documents, and I can't find this field, do I need some extra permission?

Hello Gian,

In the request form in the customer portal, you need to make sure the field 'Attachment' is present and that Required is set to 'Yes'
