We need a list of users who have been invited to our JSM service desk. Under customers we have a list of customer organizations, and within each one there are 0, 1, or more users, Some have been invited but not yet set up their JSM portal account. Can we see all the users who have been invited in one list?
Hi @Phil Dorcas ,
In the customers section itself we can see the list, where we can also see if the users have been invited or not.
I would like to see this in one list, instead of having to click on every customer organization. When I click on customers in the left nav bar, I do not see a list of users with their emails as in the list you showed above. What I see is a list of organizations. These are the companies that use our product. If I click on one of the organzations, I can then see the list of who we invited, which looks similar to what you showed above. I would like to see them all in one list instead of having to click on 20 or more companies to see each list separately. How can I do that?
When we add an organization (top left button "Add organization") it adds to that list that we see when we select customers. Then, to add a user, we select that customer organization they belong to to open up that list of users for that customer. Then from there we add to that list to send the invitation email.

I would like to see a list that had:
Customer organization email address Status Actions
CompanyA fred.will@dn.xxx Active
CompanyA tomsnyder@xz.xxx Invited Resend invite
CompanyB mary.sm351@ab.xxx Invited Resend invite
It is more difficult to manage the invitations among our "agents" (Customer Support Team) if Atlassian cannot give us a simple list like this.
