How can I format Insight field in smart values

Hi,

I'm having trouble with formatting Insight (Mindville) fields in smart values. I'm using Automation for Jira to send an email with a smart field like:

Business Unit: <b>{{issue.customfield_16600}}</b>

And the value in the email is: 

Business Unit: HCS-Azure (HCS-248180)

Is there a way to format the field in such way that the object key is gone?

The end result to be "Business Unit: HCS-Azure"

I had the same problem and found the solution in this article in section Insight fields.

In my case I was able to use:

{{issue.customfield_12345.summary}}

or

{{issue.Custom Field Name.summary}}
