How can I export "Time to first response" and "Time to resolve" as date-time?

Hi All,

I would like to export "Time to first response" and "Time to resolve" as date-time, I am currently able to list these fields in a filter, but exporting to Excel gives blanks. Please advise if this is possible i am currently using version JSD 3.3

These are calculated fields within Jira. You can use excel to calculate them. I also believe there are addons that can help with this. If interested you can check the Marketplace.
