Hi,

I would like to export test cases from JIRA to excel with test steps but right now I'm not able to export it with steps. Also, I don't have 'Better excel exporter' app. Is there any other way to export test cases with test steps?

Hi @Shweta Kage

Welcome to the community?

What Test app from the Marketplace are you using?

Does the documentation specify any options related on your reqiorement?

@Marc - Devoteam It's Zephyr Squad. I read about 'Better excel exporter' in documentation, unfortunately I don't approval to use it yet. Meanwhile, I wanted to check if we have any other way to export the test cases(fetched by advanced search) with test steps to excel sheet.

Hi @Shweta Kage

I see Zephyr has no options in their app and ootb Jira can't export this information, as this is part of Zephyrs app.

So yes you would require "Better excel exporter" or equivalent app that is able to get this data.
