How can I delete the ___ at the beggining of the emails?

Hi, 

I am customizing our email template and want to delete the "_____" that appear at the beggining of all the emails.

I am a complete begginer at html and css, and learning as I go.

How can I do that?

Hello @Patricia Nora 

You will need to edit the CSS tab when editing the template.

1. Go to Project settings > Customer Notifications
2. Click on Edit templates button
3. Switch to CSS tab and apply:

.jsd-reply-marker {
       display:none
}

They are gathering interest to make this a better process here and also show the workaround if you ever need to come back to it
