How can I create queues dynamically, based on Groupmembership of Agents?

Here is what I want to do:

- let‘s say I have 2 Agent groups that are working in SD (Group1 and Group2)

- there is only one SD project

- a new request will be ‚assigned‘ to one of the agent groups based on certain rules

- the queues in the SD project should be created based on the group membership of the agent e.g. if I am in group1 the „Open Issues“ queue should only show all open issues that are assigned to Group1. If an Agent is in Group1 and Group2, then the „Open Issues“ queue should show all open Issues that are assigned to Group1 and Group2.

How can I do that? How can I create dynamic queues that will filter Issues, based on my group memberships?
