How can I copy data from a FORM created field (radio button) to a Label (or custom Labels) field

So I have a Request Type radial field that only exists in the form but I would like to capture the users selection in a field like Labels, but Labels is not available as a link-able field.

I would like to be able to use a component like field but only display the relevant option (not all options) so any help there would be a viable solution.

Any help that can be provided how to transfer the user selection to a JIRA field is appreciated.

You can try to copy the value from the Radio field to the Label field using Automation rule. Try using the smart value "{{issue.<your field name here>.value}}".

So, the challenge is that the radial button field only exists in the Form, there is no custom field that it is linked to. I would like to take the radial button selection and link it to a JIRA field like Label.

The other option would be if you can link a JIRA field like components to a JIRA form field but limit the options that are displayed and can be selected.
