How can I check if Jira I use has 2fa (2 factor authentication) on?
Hi, @Vera Valshonok - welcome to the Community!
To check if your Jira instance requires 2FA, go to https://admin.atlassian.com, then click Security. From there, choose Authentication Policies in the left sidebar.
You may have multiple policies set up; you'll need to check all of them for the 2-step verification setup for each one.
To check if a specific user has 2FA set up, go to https://admin.atlassian.com, then click Directory. Search for the user and open their record.
In the Security section of the user page is an area that will show if 2FA is configured or not.
