How can I check all the places when person appears and dependansies in Jira to remove user account.

We have a Jira user account wich is disabled for some time as a person is not working int he company anymore. We restored him as, after removing him it caused some issues with automations and flows in jira. How can we check all the places/dependances of this user account is mentioned in jira .

Hi @Vera Valshonok ,

To look into the automations .....

I will export the whole automations from Global Administration ... this will create a huge JSON file  and then you can search into this file for a name or a particular text..

Does it make sense?

Cheers,

Esteban

Yes, but I dont understand steps on how to export this JSON file. Can you share step by step or a screenshot where in Administration part is it and how get such a JSON file?

Thanks in Advance

Hi @Vera Valshonok ,

Sure ....

1) clic on Settings and then System

json1.PNG

2) Once you are in Settings, look for Global automation and select it ...

json2.PNG

3) Click on the ... and select Export Rules

json3.PNG

And that's it 😉 ... you will get the  Json file with all the automations in it ....

Cheers,

Esteban
