I am currently working on integrating our Vitally and Jira platforms. To do so I would want to use the individual external IDs from Vitally for each of our clients (about 30) that we service to associate an issue Jira with the Client in Vitally. I've created a drop-down in the JIRA issue template with a list of all of our clients.
Is there any way to automatically associate the External ID with the Client in JIRA?
