Is there any add-on that helps me display the jsm ticket related software ticket information on the customer portal including: relationship typr, related ticket key, title, status, sprint, sprint start and end date and fix version?
Hi @Zsofia Baba ,
You can achieve it using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. Currently, we support presenting linked issues with link type, issue type, issue key, summary, priority and status. Your customer doesn't need to have access to JSW projects as this information are displayed on the request on the customer portal.
If you want to present other information from these tickets, like fix version or other fields, please create a request on our customer portal: https://appsvio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/group/3/create/10015. We'll be happy to extend possibilities of this feature :)
Out of the box, it is not possible to expose Jira Software Application data via the JSM portal. You will need to check Atlassian Marketplace for possible fee based third party add-ons - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
One key information that you need to know is that accessing Jira Software Application data will require user licenses, where in JSM that customers are free to access the portal.
The only option that I can think of (but it is not recommended because the amount of work it needs) is for your agents to add "public" comments to the issues with Jira Software Application issues data which will essentially be 100% text based.
Hope this also helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

Hi @Zsofia Baba
I don't know of such an app.
There are apps that are able to show related issue information, like:
But even if it will be possible, this would require browse level on Jira Software (JSW) project where the linked issue resides, so that would mean, user would require a JSW license.
