I want to be selective about who a JSM ticket is shared with. I had previously used the reporter field to do this, but that only holds a single value. In this example I have 5 clients for the same organization, but I only want to share the ticket with person A,C, & D. I have been going into the issue view and adding them through the shared with section, but that can't be automated and takes a minute to complete. What field in JSM can I bring into the issue view that will allow me to add persons to a ticket?
Hey @Nate Dickinson,
In the issue view, the corresponding field is called "Request participants".
Best, Max
