We want to add our own FQDN "https://servicedesk.secureco.co" redirect to -> "https://ep2payments.atlassian.net/jira".
What would be the best way to get this done?
Does Jira allow additional FQDN and "URI redirect"?
Cheers,
Jami
Hi @Mahmud_Rahman,
That is currently not possible. You will want to follow the progress being made here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999
Thanks!
Hi Jimmy,
Thanks for the reply.
Can we do sub-domain alias within the "*.atlassian.com"?
Examples:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
No I'm pretty sure you can't do anything within the atlassian.net domain. You would need the Atlassian team to do that on your behalf and I don't think that is a service they are planning to offer.

Correction; it will be within "atlassian.com" domain instead of the ".net".
Is this possible?
Regards,
Jami

No, the same applies.
If you did map your DNS, it will actually work. People can land on your DNS domain, it'll display your Cloud site (albeit probably with many problems if it's a dashboard view), and the first time they click on something they'll be taken to the atlassian.net address to continue their work.

As stated by @Jimmy Seddon , this is not possible regardless if it is .net or .com. You can submit a formal ask to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for any new suggestion from Atlassian.
