There is a Jira automation we have that it sends out an email notification to a list of stakeholders that the Incident report is done, and it is attached to the ticket.
I attach a PDF file to the ticket via the 'reply to the customer“ comment (It will always be the last attached file in that ticket).
We would like to have that file also attached to the email notification.
How is it possible to do?
