We are currently in the process of testing and establishing the JSM Incident Management functionalities in our organization.
After adding stakeholders to an incident ticket and using the "Inform stakeholders" feature in the comments section, stakeholders receive an email:
The formatting and the details included in the body of the email appear rather random, though. It does include the summary and message I entered, but no link back to the incident in Jira, no information about the sender or who triggered the notification, etc.:
The email refers to Opsgenie in the subject line and the "From" address, and indeed it looks a bit like the default stakeholder notification email from Opsgenie; however, the Opsgenie logo is replaced by the Jira Service Management logo, so I assume it's not identical.
I created a new stakeholder notification email template in Opsgenie, but JSM doesn't seem to pick that up. I guess it is only used for incidents created within Opsgenie, which we are not using.
Is there a way of adapting the stakeholder notification email template in JSM?
