How To make automation approval based on Group?

Hi,

i have idea to make assign approval use automation.

here is my automation.

but, i dont know how to call group as approval.

example :

"Admin need appoval from Manager."

when user from admin group raise a ticket, they need approval from user on Group Manager.

can you help me with that ?

Hi @adithya ,

approver is usually just a user and not a group within JIRA with native feature.

I can suggest you to try the following plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211763/herzum-approval?tab=overview&hosting=cloud to out in place a complex approval process based on groups.
