How To Make Custom Approval on email JSM ?

Hi,

i want to make custom automation that contain Approve or Decline button on JSM.

how to make these button show up to approval ? (via email) pic attached

because i need more word and ticket details to show. not only "This Request Requires your approval".

@adithya Is there a reason you can not use the delivered email functionality for approving and denying and have to use an automation?  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-settings-for-approval-by-email/

The only way I know how to do it is to transition the workflow back to the status that generates the email requesting the approval so it sends again.

Yes, becauae i can't find suitable value for Ticket Status and Custom Field called "site" (2).

Also, how to make Appove or Decline is below Body Text ?

@adithya  If you setup approval emails https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-settings-for-approval-by-email/ then the approval email that goes out will include the buttons.  Make sure that the approval required customer notification is turned on.
