How To Make Approval Change Management System

Hi,

i have case , i make approval in workflow

however i have constrained to add user approval

example in picture i send :

waiting for approval(IT Manager) add 1 user (IT Manager Only)

but i dont know to add my Manager IT , just have approver group

how i add approver just 1 person only ? please help me ,

Hi Parulian,

You can use an automation rule to update the Approvers field with a person. But this should be done prior to it going to the status that has the approval attached to it.

So in your case above, create a rule based on Issue Transitioned and then select the Change Request Management System status.

Do a new action for Edit Issue and select the Approvers field. 

Put in the person you want to assign it to.
