Hi, I have a legal assistance management project to have a control of the contracts, but I want that when the contract is finished, the forms are sent to the client.
The problem is that I do not know how to do it, because the project does not have the option of forms, the proyect does have the client portal, and I do not know how to automate it.
Does anyone know how to do it?
In General, FORMs setup is done within each project's FORMS UI (via Project settings >> Forms https://<your instance>.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<projectkey>/settings/forms
One typically will use the FORM to create your project's issues where users can fill out to create his/her issues.
Here is a link on how to setup the FORMs - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-forms-in-jira-service-management/
Can you provide how is your contract issue is created for your JSM project?
Please provide the details, so we can assist you further on setting up the possible automation rules.

Yes, it is a project of jira work management and what I want is that when the contract expires, the client will be able to qualify the service.

My team developed an add-on - Smart Jira Forms, which will allow you to share forms externally with users via link. Also the form can be shared as embed element on your website or Confluence page.
You can set up to create issue with form responses automatically and the form will be attached to issue. Alternatively you can export all responses in CSV or PDF. Hope this will help, let me know if you need further assistance!
