How I change sender notification email?

How i can send notification my own email address, I have tried but unable to do this, pelase help

Can you please explain bit more on your requirement. i.e. when you want the notifications (like when new ticket created, edited etc.), is the email address as same as your jira account etc.

Hi @intervivos Ag 

To use a custom email with your domain, your organization admins must add it from admin.atlassian.com. Alternatively, you may customize the prefix of the default email.
