So my question is, am I allowed to upgrade my Jira Software and my Jira Service Management respectively to 7.7.0 and 3.10.0 without requesting a new license?

You can upgrade to the version which was released before your license expired.
Looking the versions you have mentioned they are were released well within the the term before your license expired. So ideally it should be possible to upgrade.
