Hiding request types when creating requests in IT Service Desk

Hi,

I only want two request types to be provided to users creating tickets on my IT Service Desk board.

I have 'hidden' all types from the portal, but when I go to create a request, they still show in the dropdown options.

I have also removed them Portal Settings.

Can anyone help me hide them from the create ticket dropdown please?

Thanks,

Marcus

Hi @Marcus Tezcan

As I know, it is just hidden from portal, not from Jira internal UI. Agents can still create these requests.

@Marcus Tezcan -

When request type is hidden from the portal, it is only not available in the portal UI.  If you really want to remove it from the dropdown list (ie. creating an issue via Project UI create button) for the Request Type, then you will have to delete the actual request type from your project.
