I currently have request that uses a workflow that requires approval. Our customers create request through our portal, we don't use the email channel to create requests.
I would like to add some custom fields that should only be visible when the customer creates the request through the portal and on the issue page for agents.
Once the ticket is submitted, I would like these particular fields to be hidden on the customer portal, this is because there is sensitive information contained in these fields that I do not want the approvers to see.
Is there a way to achieve this?
We can hide them in the JSM but not from the customer portal. Hope there is any app in marketplace which can do this.
