Hidden fields with preset values

Hello,
we have different custom request types, they map on one issue type. One field of every request type is hidden and have different preset values. The problem is when i choose the first request type the field which depends on the hidden field have the correct values. When i choose another request type the field which depends on the hidden field has the values from the first request type hidden field. i hope it is understandible.

Best regards
Mario

Hi Mario

I have the same problem using Assets.

Whenever a perfect workinf fiel dependancy combination is changed so taht the first field is hidden, the second field is always empty.

Did you find a solution?

Thanks

Markus

Hi Mario,

How did you maintained the inter dependency on fields? is it using any custom script or using behaviour module of the ScriptRunner plugin ?

Regards,

Rakesh

Hi Rakesh,
Are 2 insight object fields with configuration of Filter Scope, Filter Issue Scope and Filter Assign Scope.

best regards
mario
