sure! First you would need to add the desired fields (like Attachment) to the corresponding screen the project is using.
Therefore navigate to
Locate "Screens" section and choose the Screen Scheme (in my example, the lower one - here marked as default):
From here click on the Screen (note: you could have more than one here):
Add "Attachment" via "Select Field ..." (or any other field) (it will be saved automatically):
From there you can choose the "Assignee" field we put on the screen earlier (as well as any other field you wish you present to the customer).
When done you can check from the portal. It should show up the new fields, for example, Attachment - as you can see in my example:
