Hi @Jitendra Injam  Welcome!  Would it be possible to give some more context behind your Automation?  If the participants are watchers on the issue, they will get notifications. Users can also select to Watch their issues when they interact with them under 'Settings/Personal Jira Settings' so if they comment on it, (interacting) they will automatically watch it.  Also, if they get added as a Request Participant, they will be added as a watcher by default.

Hope that helps.

Hi @Dan Breyen  Thanks,

Some tickets we assign them multiple participant, they check and based on their convenience they will work on those tickets. In this case ticket status is unassigned as it is not assigned to particular individual

We have created automation to trigger an email to Assignee when there is SLA breach.

But in case of multiple participant that automation trigger wont work.

We are looking some one can provide the solution to send SLA notification breaches to multiple participants

Hi @Jitendra Injam
Welcome to the Community!

This can be done with the SLA Time and Report add-on, but I'm not sure whether it is possible to notify a group of users in Jira Automation.

In any case, you can use the 30-day add-on trial to try this app functionality yourself — to make SLA notifications for several people.

Hope it helps. Kateryna from SaaSJet team
