Hi, I am using the free version of JIRA service manager and trying to integrate JSM with Opsgenie.

Hi, I am using the free version of JIRA service manager and trying to integrate JSM with Opsgenie. When I try to add the integration from Opsgenie teams, its saying I need to enable the connection first from settings.

When I go to settings -> Atlassian products -> Jira service manager, its giving me an option to install the app. But I already have both Jira service manager and opsgenie installed and available in my apps.

What can i do? please help!

Hello @Sumana Annapareddy

Are you using a Free or Essentials plan for Opsgenie?

Can you provide a screen image of what you see?
