Hi All , i'm brand new to this. How to customers log a support call from their PC's?

Can they send an e-mail that will automatically log a request, or do they have to log into the website

Dekker,

You can set up Jira Service Desk to accept emails which will log a request.

In fact, on Cloud, the email channel should be set up for you by default. Go to Project Settings > Email Requests you should see which email address is tied to that project.
