Would like to know if anyone has setup a ID/work badge-in queue for a Helpdesk. Checked about on Google but not seeing much. Alternatively, An app also that could be used to generate a task in Jira servicedesk. Let me know your thoughts or ideas. P.S Anything thats not the Jira app for iOS. Using Jira server.
