Hi,
We run a daily ticket stand up where we review all open tickets, except for the "onboard new employees" request type tickets.
I'd like help to create a new queue that includes all open tickets, except for the specific request type of, onboard new employees. The reason for this is that those tickets are often created weeks in advance and we have to scroll past them during our short stand up.

You can use JQL to exclude any request types you do not want to see results for.
