Help Widget Links

Hi, I'd like to know how to set up these links that show up on the widget settings page.
 
We want to link to a user manual article on confluence that shows above the 'contact us about' section so users can go there instead of trying to search through all articles or submit a bug. I don't see any settings that allows a custom URL to be shown or anything similar so we can't figure out to set this up.

@mg You will need to use an app to add custom links.  There are a couple workarounds.  You can use the announcement banner to provide that information.  I would not recommend this as a solution since it limits your ability to help understand if there is an issue.  

You can use featured articles.  While this would not be a direct link to the page you could create an article and have the link there (multiple clicks) to get someone where they need to be.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/feature-an-knowledge-base-article/
