I just excuse my self for my poor english , i would like to know i f there is a way to analyze the text or object/title of a ticket through some keyword and assign it automaticall to a member of my team.
Also the suggestions to cosult some article or material could be really useful btw i m really new to atlassian world

Before going any further I will let you know how I handle this. Summary or description can lead to a lot of error just from users entering whatever they would like.
I would recommend not using email if possible and using issue types linked to requests or a Drop down custom field to refine your automation.
If that is not an option I would use Summary or Description field conditioning using "contains" again this might be messy and have wrongly assigned tickets.
