Hey Atlassian Community,

We want to talk to you about the concepts and prototypes we have been working on for future of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in Jira Service Management. We are specifically looking for customers who have experienced any of the following issues:

  • Regarding the number of goals JSM allows to setup
  • Managing SLA calendars when you have a large number of projects
  • Using SLA for functions other than IT like HR, Facilities, Marketing, Legal etc.

As part of the study, we will be showing participants some concepts and prototypes related to SLA in Jira Service Management and gather their feedback. By participating in the study, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and provide valuable feedback that will help us shape the future of SLA in Jira Service Management.

To participate in the study, you must meet the following criteria:

- You are an Atlassian customer who is currently using SLA in Jira Service Management
- You are a site/project admin who configures the SLA for JSM Projects
- You are willing to participate in a 60-minute research session via video conference

If you meet the above criteria and are interested in participating in the study, please book a meeting using this link.

We look forward to hearing from you!
