Hi, I have few agents and even myself (administrator),are not receiving notifications when customers create service requests. I searched many answers for same qeustion in Atlassian community, but still I did not get proper solution. Could you please help me out, spent a lot of time on this piece.

Can you check your notification scheme? For example, below I notify: watchers, current assignee, Service desk team, reporter.
