Hello, I selected Confluence as my second product when signing up. And it changed to remove, so I presume I have Confluence. However, I cannot find Confluence or get into it. Please can anyone help with this? Thank you
Hi @Audrey Smith and welcome to the Community!
@Joseph Chung Yin correctly describes how you can verify if Confluence is indeed properly available on your site. You need admin permissions to get there (which you do if you set up the site yourself, but regular users don't).
The quickest way to access the product should be to click this icon in the top left corner of your screen (it may have different colours, but it is the one with the 9 little squares):
This is the app switcher. Clicking it should open a menu that has all your Atlassian products listed. If Confluence is available on your site, you should be able to select it there and navigate right through it.
Hope this helps!
Hi Audrey:
Welcome to the community. As a site admin, click on the Settings (clog wheel symbol located in the upper right of the screen) and select Billings to access - admin UI (https://admin.atlassian.com/.....). Afterward, click on the "Products" menu from the top, you will be able to see a listing of all of your subscriptions of different products.
From the admin area screen, you should be able to access your Confluence product.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
