Heldesk wizard for completing Service Requests

Rather than showing a complete service request form (in fact any form) I would like to guide the user through the ticket.

I am looking at putting key questions on different pages and giving a detailed description of what they must do. You can add descriptions for each question but looks a bit overwhelming and messy when you have 20+ questions to fill in.

many thanks

Hi Damian

You could start by creating a dynamic form in Jira Service Management.  Depending on the answers your user provides, you can then show the next questions for them. I don't think there is an option to use different pages however, and as such I do believe your form will end up being chaotic at the end (for the creator and maintainer).

Hope this helps
Stefaan.

Hi @Damian Martin

As @Stefaan Boes mentions, you can use forms in your JSM project.

There is no option for different pages, but you can use sections on the form and based on previous input you can show related fields.

See documentation here.
