Having all requests show up in the portal

Melanie.Johnson April 11, 2024

Is anyone familiar with the Portal and in the top where you can see your requests? (see picture)

We have some tickets being created from our Dev ops and they are coming into JIRA and stating Created by JIRA.

Looking at the portal when I drill into my number of requests, I see created by portal and created by email.  How can I get the JIRA issue tickets which were created by JIRA to appear, or can I?

Hey @Melanie.Johnson ,

You need to either be part of an Organization that is on that ticket OR you need to be a request participant. The portal will only show you tickets that you are a part of. You'll want to set that as part of the process where they come over from DevOps.

~Hope that makes sense. Let me know if I need to explain further.

Thanks!

Thank you.  I was hoping that it pulled from the reporter as we do have that field coming from Dev Ops.  We also tried adding the person after the ticket was created as a participant but it sounds like it needs to be done when it comes in.  I will get with my Dev Ops team and let you know if we have any questions.  This is greatly appreciated.
