Currently, we use WordPress for our user-facing knowledge base because we have some unique translation requirements that some plugins handle really well. We also have an internal knowledge base on Confluence that our support teams use for technical documentation.
Out support teams use JSM to handle support requests and bug reporting. JSM is integrated with Confluence so articles are suggested when they type in the request summary. Is there a way to integrate this to search articles from WordPress too?
