I have faced some issues with my incoming mails (notifications) coming from BambooHR into Jira. It comes as an HTML email and it should be as is. However, in Jira, it looks totally corrupted. I mean HTML rendering in Jira incoming emails is working very badly, it shows corrupted messages.
I have already checked all the settings in Jira Admin, HTML is allowed everywhere.
