We just finished signing a BAA and I started to tag our products for HIPAA compliance. We currently have 8 Service Desk projects and are in the process of discovery around a new one that will need HIPAA compliance, the existing ones do not need this.
After tagging the products, email notifications changed, essentially making them useless to the person receiving them, so I untagged our Products.
Is there a way to tag Projects instead of Products? We don't want this change negatively impacting all our current agents across our 8 other Service Desks. If this is not possible now, can this please be considered in the future?
