Group approvals - waiting time per approver

Hi,

I need help with my issue: In JSM some request types require an approval. Sometimes a certain case requires approval from multiple teams (groups of users) and I want to report on the individual waiting time per group. In Jira I have modelled these as user groups of which only 1 approver per group is required to approve the issue. I want to be able to report the waiting time on certain approver groups. To time this, I made an SLA which times the status and then I can report this. However, as some cases require multiple approvals, this method is unable to measure two waiting times, one for team A and one for team B. I have tried to automate the workflow to automatically start 2 statuses (to cause two SLA to start timing), however, In automation I don' t know how to  branch on a separate approver group approving first.

Can anyone help me with this issue or suggest a different method to tackle this problem?

Kind regards,
