My company manages Users via Google Workspace syncing. We now have a User returning from leave who is unable to access their original account, and I'm unable to add them back.
The IT department process is when Users go on leave, IT sets their email address to user_onleave@gmail.com When they return, they pick back up with user@gmail.com, but as an Atlassian user it still remains user_onleave@gmail.com which they do not have access to.
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
Because it is Google Workspace synced, I can't just go into the Admin settings and change the email address back.
