I'd like to have an article that shows up when a Customer searches and there is no other article with a match. The intent is to within that article, give them some quick options to click on that can create a quick issue for them. Is there a good way to do this?
I am not aware of any KB setup that will provide what you are asking in the JSM portal setup. One option that you may want to consider could be -
1) Setting up a common portal banner for your site mentioning your article to assist your customers. This way all users when they access the portal will see the banner information to provide them with the needed guidance.
