Getting the error in upgrading Java and Jira for custom plugin

We have upgraded the Java 8 to Java11 and Jira 8.5.1 to Jira 9.12.7 for custom plugin by updating their versions in pom.xml. Though the plugin build is successful with warnings, we are facing the error in uploading the plugin into the application.
